CHARACTER NAME: Aoko Nakamori
SERIES: Magic Kaito! (Manga Canon Only) and sometimes Detective Conan.
CANON POINT: Chapter 28: Episode 0 in Magic Kaito, and after Blush Mermaid Heist in Detective Conan.

PERSONALITY:
Aoko Nakamori is, for the most part, a perfectly normal teenage girl attending Ekoda High school with her best friend Kaito Kuroba and their less than normal classmates. She's a kind hearted girl who would do anything for her friends and generally fun and easy to be around as she has no problem making friends, and she'll try and make friends with just about anybody. This includes washed up drunks on beat up boats. Perhaps it's a problem that Aoko is so willing to trust the first person to shake her hand, but she obviously missed the lesson about don't talk to strangers and seems to hold no kind of sense of danger and it has gotten her into trouble on a few occasions.
She's a girl that doesn't take anything from anyone and is quick to tell someone off when they've done something wrong. She's very out spoken and ready and willing to stand up for someone at all times. It doesn't matter if it's a friend or a perfect stranger-if they're in the wrong she will let them know about it. This of course, can be contributed to the fact her father is a police officer. Because of who her father is, Aoko feels obligated to do what she can for all those around her and strongly believes in the justice system. The idea that some cops aren't in it because they're good people is new and foreign to her.
Aoko can best be described as a child as she is so impulsive and doesn't think many actions through, including telling someone off that is clearly bigger and stronger than her. Although, she maybe under the impression she's a lot stronger than she looks as Kaito seems to act like a wimp around her. However, she is pretty strong for a tiny school girl. She doesn't think about what she's saying very much and often times blurts out whats on her mind, even if that's an insult. Aoko is also a very stubborn, and strong willed girl with a hint of curiosity. She's one of those types of people that are always right, even when they're wrong, they're right.
She has no real knowledge of what goes on in the outside word because she's been shelter by Daddy's white-collar cases and Kaitou Kid's resolve to never steal a life. Not to mention her best friend seems bound and determined to preserve her innocent outlook on the world. She doesn't think for a moment that people maybe out to hurt her or others. She doesn't think about the possibility of a trap as evidenced when failed to find it suspicious that she won a contest she didn't enter. She doesn't think of the possibility someone wouldn't have good intentions because anytime she's ever come across something similar she was unaware of persons true intentions as she slept through the entire encounter.
She's like her father in many ways as far as personality is concerned, She's determined to see people do good and wants to see Kid behind bars, the one chapter aside. Like her father, she's a good person but highly temperamental, especially when it comes to her best friend Kaito. He can bring out the best and worst of girl, knowing which buttons to push to get what reaction. She abhors crime and lawbreaking and makes this quite clear as she's never shy to jump on a soap box and lecture anyone who will listen about how she hates Kaitou Kid and stealing is wrong and lying leads to stealing. More than she hates Kaitou Kid she hates it when people make fun of others that are trying their best. Wh-which is something Kaitou Kid is guilty of.
Despite being such a Daddy's girl Aoko and her father are not all that close. He's constantly busy with the Kid case and staying out all night that he doesn't pay that much or even close to enough attention to Aoko. He forgets her birthday and can't recognize when she's dressed up to look more adult-like. He also seems to completely forget he even has a daughter on occasion and I am sure that stings Aoko more than she'll ever admit because her father is her hero, and she wants more than anything to have a close relationship with him.
ABILITIES:
Aoko is 100% human so other than her ability to effectively turn a mop into a threatening weapon her abilities include cooking, cleaning and normal things a teenage girl that spends most of her time home alone trying to impress Daddy would. …she also seems to have weird ability to get out of danger without a scratch on her.
POSSESSIONS:
-Set of clothes (shirt, cardigan, skirt)
-Purse (includes - Useless cellphone, wallet, school ID, a candy bar, house key)
-A pair of dulled silver handcuffs.
